Dear Clients and friends

Welcome to our last newsletter for the year and we hope you enjoy it!

We have welcomed the growth in our international markets but for our manufacturing team in South Africa we are deeply grateful for the quality of product that services our local market and leaves our shores of which we can be confident complying to specification.

Over the last few months we met many of you at CAPSA and IMESA and it was so good to see you all.

We have had amazing feedback from clients with some real tough issues and BRP Road Patch has been used to remedy the situation. We are most grateful for clients who take time to send pics and provide written testimonials of their experiences and results for others to benefit from. We saw another Technical Paper from Downers at IPWEA, Canberra, Australia. Indeed at the same conference Mick Rabie, Fairfield City Council, Australia also delivered a paper, which referenced BRP Road Patch and the solutions it offers and the need to adopt “new “ technology.

I have had my 25th anniversary in the industry this year.

I want to thank my family for their continued support. Many of you know or have met Stephen and Joanne, they of course are not aware of this tribute to them both. During this life time of commitment to BRP Road Patch there have been some tough decisions along the way, where family has missed out or taken a knock in order for me to stay with the goals which I had.

Stephen runs the organisation and I am deeply indebted to him for his unwavering commitment in the past which sustains us through thick and thin, both to me and the business. Joanne started her business www.paws4us.co.za, if you want to take a look at what she is up to, she is always trying to supply food and find homes for animals needing care and the care centres are truly dependant on Joanne and those who have a similar passion for animals to ensure that the food and resources are in place, particularly in tough times.

This is the end of the year almost, so for me it is appropriate to thank my family , who are so supportive, as we all take time out with families and friends, it is to remember how fortunate and blessed we are to have them in our lives. The wish for you all is safe travelling, a healthy, safe and inspirational year ahead in 2012. Both you and your support are much appreciated and valued, I would not be having this anniversary year were it not for you all. The core of our operation is Stephen and the BRP team in Johannesburg and all our Distributors who tirelessly support our values and promote a different approach to get a different result, clients and suppliers who have made this journey with us during the 2011 year a huge thank you.

Best wishes to you all.
Angela and the BRP team
