BRP ROAD PATCH
 

BRP Road Patch is a factory fabricated road repair product that is manufactured on paper onto which a bitumen rubber binder holds bitumen precoated aggregates of various sizes. BRP Road Patch is supplied in sheets, the dimensions of which are 1,0m by 0,75m with a mass of between 4kg and 20kg depending on the aggregate size. BRP Road Patch is a highly flexible and totally waterproof road repair product that has been tested in the field in varying traffic and climatic conditions since 1986 with great success.

BRP Road Patch is available in the following aggregate sizes:- below 2.75mm, below 4.75mm, 6.7mm, 9.5mm, 13.2mm, 19.0mm and 19.00mm choked with 9.5mm.

BRP Road Patch will adhere to most surfaces using cationic 65% or cationic 60% emulsion or local equivalent. This includes anionic emulsions. In addition the base could be either chip seal, asphalt, concrete or base course, even timber and metal have been effectively sealed over.
